I talked with someone in live chat who wasn't very much help. Just wanted to update on how this was resolved. I looked through this thread and have seen a couple rare instances where someone reports something similar but never a follow up on if it was resolved or how it was resolved. This is very odd as it’s always showed up within 15 minutes of receiving the email for me and I’m starting to get very worried. Over 3 hours later I haven’t received anything in my wallet. It says it may take an average of 15 minutes to show up. I received an email that my withdrawal request had been processed to my bitcoin wallet address.
